- Learn about marketing, sales, and leadership within the context of the insurance sales industry.
- Develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for success in the insurance sales industry.

A: Throughout the program, you will receive competitive compensation for participation in each of the work experiences.
Q: When will I complete each individual work experience?

You can learn more about the work experiences here.
Q: Will my work experiences at UnitedHealthcare while in college be remote, in-person, or a combination of both?
A: Work experiences with UnitedHealthcare may be a combination of remote and in-person. While at Butler, you may have access to a campus workspace to operate out of during the school year. During the summer months, you may have the opportunity to work onsite at an Indianapolis-based UnitedHealthcare office. In-person and work opportunities are contingent upon health and safety guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Q: Where will I live over the summer? Will housing be provided?
A: UnitedHealthcare recognizes that housing, particularly during the full-time summer experience, may be a challenge. For students whose permanent address is more than 30 miles from the Indianapolis office and who do not otherwise have summer housing, UnitedHealthcare has housing options available.
